What We Charge

One Clear Fee. Everything Covered.

Typical monthly management fee 8–15% of your monthly rent

This single percentage covers everything we do on your behalf — from finding and screening tenants to collecting rent, coordinating maintenance, and keeping you updated with photo reports. No add-ons for things that should already be included.

Need a tenant found? We handle that too — professional listing, photography, viewings, vetting, and contract signing, all from start to finish.

The exact rate depends on your property and the scope of services you need. We agree on a clear, fixed percentage before anything starts — no hidden costs, no surprises.
