We started Velox Living because we believed property owners in Transylvania deserved a management service as attentive as a family member — not a faceless agency.
Velox Living grew out of a simple frustration: property owners living abroad — in Western Europe, Latin America, or beyond — had no reliable, communicative partner to trust with their Transylvanian investments. The options were either informal arrangements with limited accountability, or large agencies that treated every property like a number.
We started the way most landlords do — managing our own apartments in Târgu Mureș. That experience taught us what tenants actually need, what breaks, what causes disputes, and what matters most to owners at the end of every month. We didn't learn property management from a textbook; we lived it first as landlords ourselves.
So we built something different. As a family-run team with deep roots in Mureș County, we combine the responsiveness of a personal service with the professionalism of a dedicated management firm. Every property we manage receives the same care we give our own — because we still have skin in the game.
